The service

Selfa gives you an AI companion built around an identity core you define. It is a conversational tool. It is not a doctor, a lawyer, a financial adviser or a substitute for a human being, and it can be wrong.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

One person per account. You must be at least 16.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month is not prorated.

Wallet credit is spent as you use Selfa and does not expire. An unused top-up can be refunded within 30 days.

Acceptable use

Do not use Selfa to break the law, to harm people, or to generate material that sexualises minors or incites violence.

Do not attempt to extract our prompts or resell access to the service.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you.

The Selfa software, its architecture and the framework it implements remain ours.

Liability

Selfa is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
